What do I mean by looking down?...
Well, watch this short video and see if you're nodding your head in agreement, that yes -- you're looking down.
I am guilty of this too. But being a busy mother, I don't have time -- I don't have a Facebook / instagram/ twitter/ etc account. I know of many who are constantly looking down and missing out.
