Sunrise.

Today my day started as usual. Waking up earlier than I wanted but hey I had to wake Seren and Carys up for school. 

Once that was accomplished (grudgingly by the girls I might add) I headed down to assemble breakfast and school lunch for Seren when I spotted through my kitchen windows...a most soul inspiring, word provoking sight.

SUNRISE.

I was quick enough to capture this beautiful sight over the Wasatch mountains as the minutes passed

You can see the subtle changes in color in each picture.

And it warms my heart and soul to be able to witness this, most mornings.

But today with the storm clouds gathering,

gave the sunrise an added exquisiteness that one can't deny that somehow each day brings a new hope.

And to know that there is NEVER one sunrise or sunset that are the same. 

Truly amazing!

I think these would look awesome printed out on a canvas for all to see.

Not to mention my amazing photography skill :)

Cascade Springs

Cascade Springs

A tranquil setting for Bridal pictures or just a stroll with your family.

Even I can take a good picture with my iPhone 6

I was up there with my 2nd daughter Jade this past week for her Bridals and my youngest girls,

Seren and Carys and Jades daughter, my cute granddaughter, Paisley too.

I absolutely LOVE water and water falls, There is something spell binding about them.

So high up you felt like you could reach up on your tippy toes and touch the clouds

And of course..the streams with crystal clear water that the girls just had to explore!

The girls loved the arched bridge over the larger waterfall!

All in all it was a wonderful day, even with Seren getting car sick and throwing up inside and outside of Jade's car.

Nature At Its Best

The last couple of times I have come out from Whole Foods

I have seen, Butterflies!

These, are by far my best pictures I have ever taken.

A Monarch Butterfly!

Now, this Kind of looks like a Monarch, but smaller.

But, I can't be sure as I'm not a lepidopterist.

But, by gosh, isn't is pretty!

You just have to love Nature!

The Beauty Of Nature

Living here in Madison, Wisconsin  reminds me of where I grew up, Wales.

Blue Skies, with billowy cotton candy clouds, and a gentle breeze to cool off the warm sun.

Can you pick out the 4 different Trees?

We spotted the resident wild turkey. 

This was the closest I've gotten to one!

The girls tired relentlessly to catch the turkey:)

Then we spied a squirrel, again the closest we got to one.

He played peekaboo!

Then scurried away on to a higher branch, to nibble on his acorn.

Then the girls had fun playing at the park.

A day spent enjoying the wonders and beauty if nature :)
